Overview
Clio Daye is a menstrual cycle tracking app built on a single principle: your health data belongs to you. All data you enter stays on your device. It is never uploaded, shared, or sold.
What data we collect
Clio Daye stores the following data on your device only:
- Menstrual cycle dates and flow intensity
- Symptoms you log (cramps, bloating, fatigue, etc.)
- Mood entries
- Free-text notes
- App settings and preferences (including PIN if set)
What we do not collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any identifying information
- We do not have user accounts
- We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs
- We do not connect to any server or third-party service
- We do not share any data with third parties — ever
Where your data is stored
All data is stored locally on your iPhone using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults and iOS Keychain for your PIN). Nothing leaves your device.
Data protection
Your data is protected by iOS Data Protection. Clio Daye also supports Face ID, Touch ID, and PIN authentication to prevent unauthorised access to the app.
Data deletion
You can delete all your data at any time:
- Open Clio Daye
- Tap the settings icon
- Tap Delete All My Data
This permanently and immediately removes all cycle logs, symptoms, mood entries, and notes from your device. This action cannot be undone.
Children's privacy
Clio Daye is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
